While it’s no big secret that Health Edco is the industry leader for innovative health education products, a surprising number of people don’t know that we also offer custom product design and manufacturing services.

We’re out to change that. We want our friends to know that if they need a custom-built product, they have access to the same fertile minds that conjured up classics such as Mr. Gross Mouth and Harry’s Scary Tongue.

And not only will we work hand-in-hand with you to design and build your next great 3-D product, we also promise not to roll our eyes if you tell us you only need a couple hundred models.

That’s probably the biggest difference you’ll notice when you compare us to other manufacturers, especially overseas companies. When you’re looking for someone to help you with a custom-designed product, many manufacturers will just ignore you if your projected production number has fewer than three zeros in it or if they don’t see enough dollar signs pop up when you start describing your project.

And while many companies use complex—and expensive—production processes, we strive to keep things simple and affordable. Most of our production molds are made out of flexible silicones, which means that they can be made quickly, inexpensively, and in large quantities, if necessary. Likewise, all of our production parts are gravity-poured, a relatively simple process that doesn’t require lots of special equipment.

It’s these stripped-down production methods that give us the flexibility to do short product runs of, say, 250 parts, although we can just as easily produce 2,500—or even 25,000—parts. You name the number. Whatever it is, we’ll find a way to make it happen.
