Minimum order
Orders placed must total a minimum value of $50.00, £20.00 or €30.00. Minimum order on booklets and pamphlets is 50 each.

Payment and pricing
- Customers with credit approval are offered payment terms of 45 days net.
- All other customer orders are subject to prepayment.
- Payment by credit card, cheque, or BACS transaction accepted.
- Credit cards accepted: MasterCard and Visa. Choose payment in sterling or euro.
Please note that because we desire to create fair and uniform pricing for our customers around the world, our prices do not reflect delivery charges. All delivery charges are invoiced separately.
- All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges from WRS USA and UK shipping points.
- Items marked as VAT Exempt are exempt from VAT.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Products with quantity discounts are per single item.
HEALTH EDCO makes every effort to avoid pricing changes. However, because of potential unforeseen circumstances, all prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in price before your order is filled.
Non-UK orders may be subject to currency and handling surcharges from local distributors. Please call or e-mail for details.

Freight quotes
If your order is destined for a country outside of the US, UK, or Europe,
we will be happy to obtain a freight quote for you with a carrier of our
choice. This freight quote will generally be from UPS Freight Forwarding.
In some cases, we can obtain a quote on smaller orders through the
United States Postal Service (USPS). Both of these services offer
traceable web services so that you can monitor the delivery route of
your order online.
PLEASE NOTE: We can arrange for your order to be picked up from our
US warehouse by your own courier (we can even provide you with estimated
weights and dimensions of your order). This service is known as
Ex-Works. There is no cost and no quote is
needed for this service. If you require this service, please ask
when placing your order.
Types of Freight Quotes We Can Obtain
When you need a freight quote, we will ask
you whether you wish to have your order
delivered Door to Airport
(where the order is delivered to the airport nearest you and
you arrange for a local courier to pick up
and deliver the goods to you) or Door to
Door (where we have the order delivered
directly to the address you provide).
PLEASE NOTE: Door to Door
service is not available in all areas.
In each case, your freight quote will include the cost of delivery
from our warehouse in Waco, Texas, US, to your airport or door and
the customs clearance fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Your quote, whether Door to Airport or Door to Door, does not include any local duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges, or value-added service charges may apply, and your final shipping charge may differ from our estimated quote based on your own order.
Obtaining a Freight Quote
Before we obtain your estimated freight quote, we will need to know:
1. The products you wish to order
2. Whether you want a Door to Airport
or Door to Door quote
Once we have these details, we can ask UPS Freight Forwarding or
USPS for an estimated freight quote. As soon as we have the freight
quote (which can take up to 5 working days) we will provide it to you.

Delivery addresses
Because many customers have various delivery locations, it is very
important that you choose the record with the correct name or
department and type the shipping information as it should read
on the packing slip.
It is also very important for each order that:
- Shipping address is complete including Zip/Post code
- Contact name, e-mail, telephone number, and fax number are provided
Delivery time
Delivery time to your destination will vary due to the distance and
availability of the courier’s flights and ground transportation.
We use traceable courier services so you can follow their movements
from our warehouse to your destination. For all orders delivered via

Return policy
All products, with the exception of all curriculum products, videos,
DVDs, and CD-ROMs, are guaranteed for 90 days. Videos, DVDs, and CD-ROMs
should be viewed for content upon receipt of order and may be returned
within 60 days. If a return is necessary, please call our Customer
Service Department at (+44) 0845 180 0505 or
send us an
e-mail. You will be given a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number
and instructions on how to proceed with the
return. Delivery charges for all returns other than
shipping errors and/or damaged or defective merchandise
will be the customer’s responsibility. When sending
back any products, we recommend using the original delivery
container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product.
All packages must be fully insured. We cannot be responsible for
uninsured packages. HEALTH EDCO reserves
the right to deny credit for merchandise if
it is returned incomplete, abused, or not in sellable condition.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
If a Return Goods Authorisation number does not accompany a return to our warehouse, the return process and customer credit may be delayed.

Video/DVD information
Our goal is to provide the most useful products to our European customers. All videos in this catalogue are in PAL format, and all DVDs are coded either Region 0 or Region 2.

availability of a product or for an approximate shipping

Customised products
We can modify any product in this catalogue
to fit your organisation's needs or your
individual needs. We can also custom design
and manufacture individualised health
education products to your specifications.

Personalised products
Many of our products are designed with a
special area to imprint your organization’s
name, logo, and message. Remind your
clients that you care by having your
message or logo imprinted.
There may be a one-time, initial setup
charge of $25 on imprinted items. There is
no setup charge for exact reorders.
Camera-ready artwork is preferred.
We reserve the right to ship and bill 5%
over or under the ordered amount on
imprinted merchandise.
You can expect your order to ship in 4–6
weeks after final artwork has been
approved.
