Return Policy

If a return is necessary, you will be sent a Returns Form and instructions on how to proceed with the return. A collection will usually be arranged for all returns involving shipping errors and/or damaged or defective merchandise. If an item is unsuitable then you will be responsible for the cost of collection. Alternatively, items can be returned via royal mail recorded/special delivery. We recommend using the original packaging the order was delivered in for returns.

A credit/replacement will be issued for returned items once they have been received back to our UK warehouse. Health Edco reserves the right to deny credit for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or not in sellable condition. If a Returns Form does not accompany a return to our warehouse, the return process and customer credit may be delayed.

Ordering info

You can order from us by phone, mail, fax, or Internet. If you are an individual or company ordering with a credit card, you can set up an online account and place your order immediately. You can either set up your profile at the beginning of your session by clicking on ‘Create an account,’ or you can wait until after you place your order and check out. Your profile will consist of your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and company information. You can view your shipping addresses and request changes while viewing your profile. You may also change your password at any time.

Payment and pricing

Organisations with an authorised purchase order may be invoiced with terms of net 45 subject to credit approval. All other customer orders are subject to prepayment. Payment may be by credit card, cheque, or BACS transaction. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa. Choose payment in sterling or euro.

Health Edco makes every effort to avoid pricing changes. However, because of potential unforeseen circumstances, all prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in price before your order is filled.

All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges from US and UK shipping points.

Booklets and pamphlets require a minimum order of 50.

Shipping info

As a global company we work hard to source the very best health education products, alongside our own, so you may have the largest and best selection of products possible. Due to the array of items we have available, our delivery from order usually takes around 2-3 weeks, but maybe longer where we have to ship your goods from International locations to our local warehouse for dispatch to you.

For UK mainland delivery, please use the delivery charge table below. For all other orders, please click here for information. All shipments will be in free circulation within the EEC. Customers should note that when placing an order that there is a minimum delivery charge of approximately £7.50. Delivery charge quotes do not include any local duties, taxes, or other non-routine brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges, or value-added service charges may apply, and your final shipping charge may differ from our estimated quote based on your own order.
