If an item breaks within normal use, we will accept a warranty return when you contact us and return the item within 1 year of the invoice date. We manufacture most of the products we sell. We can create products with your logo/message, or we can create products for a specific purpose. For example, we work with a number of pharmaceutical companies to produce models that their sales representatives can use to demonstrate products such as catheters. Please contact us for any specific health education products you need or would like us to consider creating for you.

Custom items, special order items, and items ordered in bulk quantities cannot be cancelled once production has begun or items have been ordered from the vendor.
