Latex Notice
Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics products are manufactured in a facility that handles latex. If a Health Edco or Childbirth Graphics product contains latex, a latex notification appears in the product description.
Order Status
To view a list of recent purchases and their current status, log into your account. Select Welcome “Your Name” next to the shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of the page, and then select Account Overview. If you do not have an online account, please contact our Customer Service team.
Quotes
To request a quote, Log In with your existing account, or Register to create an online account. Once logged into your account, select Request a Quote from the top right-hand corner of the page. Once you have submitted your quote request, you will receive a response within 2 business days. If you prefer, you can contact our Customer Service team.
Shipping & Delivery
Our usual courier is UPS via their standard service, which will require a signature for delivery. If delivery is not possible, the order may be delivered to a UPS access point, and a card will be posted to inform you of the delivery. However, we also use alternative couriers as appropriate.

Worldwide shipping is a very common occurence for Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics. Please ask for a shipping quote for outside of mainland UK. Freight and shipping costs do not include any local taxes and/or duties that may be applicable at your border. We are unable to deliver to international PO box addresses. Please supply a full physical address.
BFPO deliveries will be made via Parcel Force; please contact for a quotation.
All order or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours, and photographic evidence will be required.

Purchase Orders
Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics have been official suppliers to the NHS, large governmental organisations, education authorities, policing and prison establishments and large charity organisations for more than 30 years. Customers approved for Net 30 day payment terms may place an order using a purchase order.

All credit accounts are subject to acceptance from the accounting department on completion of a customer account application form. Please request a form from Customer Service.

Minimum Purchase and Pricing
The minimum purchase required is $50 for international orders and £40.00 for the UK.

VAT/Taxes
The prices advertised are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the UK applicable rates at checkout. Certain items are VAT exempt, such as paper leaflets and certain books. Items marked in our catalogues with an E are VAT exempt.
If you have a valid charitable funds VAT certificate, please email a copy, including all of our company details to info@wrsgroup.co.uk, or contact our Customer Service team. We will then be able to update your VAT status.

Returns and Refunds Policy
You deserve to be confident that what you purchase has met our Superior Quality Standards and yours. If an item breaks within normal use, we will accept a warranty return when you contact us and return the item within 1 year of the invoice date. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and issue a prepaid (RA) label. Your account will be credited or the merchandise will be replaced and we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.
If any item you received does not match what was ordered, or if an item is found to be defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to receive a prepaid (RA) label and return the item within 30 days of the invoice date. Your account will be credited or the merchandise will be replaced, and we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.
If any item simply does not meet your needs, please contact us and return the item within 30 days of the invoice date. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. If the Return Authorization (RA) number is not included on the package returned to our warehouse, the return process may be delayed. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or defective/damaged items (see above). We recommend using the original shipping container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product (for example, FedEx). All returned packages must be fully insured. Custom Items/Special Order Items/Bespoke/Bulk Orders
We manufacture most of the products we sell. We can create products with your logo/message, or we can create products for a specific purpose. For example, we work with a number of pharmaceutical companies to produce models that their sales representatives can use to demonstrate products such as catheters. Please contact us for any specific health education products you need or would like us to consider creating for you.
Custom items, special order items, and items ordered in bulk quantities cannot be canceled once production has begun or items have been ordered from the vendor.

In the main, our products are created by a specialist team of ex-teachers, an NHS public health specialist and our midwifery advisory board. These professionals are located in the UK and US. The vast majority of our products are assembled in Texas, USA. Some production also occurs, albeit in a smaller fashion, in the UK.
