Latex notice: Do your products contain latex?
Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics products are manufactured in a facility that handles latex. If a Health Edco or Childbirth Graphics product contains latex, latex notification appears in the product description on our website.
What currency do I use?
For Orders in the UK, please select the GBP £ Sterling pricing from the drop-down box at the top of the website (see the image below) or on the left of your mobile device.
For orders in Europe, please select the EURO € pricing from the drop-down box (see the image below) or on the left of your mobile device.
For all other countries, please contact us by email on info@wrsgroup.co.uk, and we will provide a quote in USD $ dollars.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be entered online or via email or telephone.
GBP £ is available for customers within the UK.
EURO € is available for customers in Europe.
How do I receive a quotation?
To request a quote, log in with your existing account, or register to create an online account. Once logged into your account, select Request a Quote from the top right-hand corner of the page. Once you have submitted your quote request, you will receive a response within 2 business days. If you prefer, you can contact our Customer Service team at info@wrsgroup.co.uk.
How do I find out my order status?
To view a list of your recent purchases and current status, log into your account. Select “Your Name” next to the shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of the page, and then select Account Overview. If you do not have an online account, please contact our Customer Service team on info@wrsgroup.co.uk.
Do we accept purchase orders?
Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics have been official suppliers to the NHS, large government organisations, educational authorities, policing and prison establishments, and large charity organisations for more than 30 years.
Customers approved for net 30-day payment terms may place an order using a purchase order.
Can our organisation apply for an account on net 30?
Please contact customer service to receive a customer application form. All applications are subject to regular review by accounting. Payment terms are within 30 days of the order being dispatched. We reserve the right to require prepayment.
All international orders outside of the UK are to be prepaid.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment can be made by a number of methods:
Bacs, Mastercard, Visa, or cheque. (We do not accept Amex payments.)

Cheques should be made payable to WRS GROUP UK or Health Edco.
Customers outside the UK must prepay; a proforma invoice/quotation can be raised upon request or via your online account.
Bank fees are the responsibility of the sender. Orders without full payment will be held.
No stock will be reserved until payment is received.

If you have a valid charitable funds VAT certificate, please email a copy, including all of our company details, to info@wrsgroup.co.uk.
Each order requires a new VAT exemption certificate.
Shipping costs within mainland UK
Within the UK, we ship via UPS. The shipping costs are:
£5.00 for orders costing £49.99 or less
£8.00 for orders costing £50.00 or more
For Islands and Highlands, please contact customer service to receive a personalised shipping cost.
Occasionally, we may ship via a different courier depending upon the situation.
Shipping costs for European Countries
Shipping is included in the Euro pricing for orders delivered to European countries.
Orders, freight, and shipping costs do not include any local taxes and/or duties that may be applicable at your border.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide shipping is a very common occurrence for Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics.
We are unable to deliver to international PO box addresses. Please supply a full physical address.
BFPO deliveries will be made via Parcel Force; please contact for a quotation.
What if my country is not listed on the checkout page?
If your country does not appear on the checkout page, then please contact customer service to receive a personalised shipping cost.

Do I pay customs on orders delivered into Europe/rest of the world (not including the UK)?
There are no customs charges for orders in the UK. VAT is charged at the standard rate applicable for all orders within the UK.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & distributors).
WRS Group have no control over these charges, and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
How can I provide my Tax ID?
Please send your TAX ID or EORI reference number to info@wrsgroup.co.uk to assist with the delivery of order through customs.
Why must I provide my telephone number and email address?
Your telephone number and email address are required to ensure customs and/or the couriers can contact you to organise delivery.
Can I track my shipment?
Most of our delivery services are trackable. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order has left the warehouse.
Are your prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes, the prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes.
For orders within the UK, VAT will be automatically applied at checkout.
For orders outside of the UK, VAT/taxes will be charged at the borders by the courier.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value for the UK is £40.00, €50.00 for mainland Europe, and $50.00 for international orders.
How do we return an item?
You deserve to be confident that what you purchase has met our Superior Quality Standards and yours. If an item breaks within normal use, we will accept a warranty return when you contact us and return the item within 1 year of the invoice date. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and issue a prepaid (RA) label. Your account will be credited or the merchandise will be replaced and we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.
If any item you received does not match what was ordered, or if an item is found to be defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to receive a prepaid (RA) label and return the item within 30 days of the invoice date. Your account will be credited or the merchandise will be replaced, and we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.
If any item simply does not meet your needs, please contact us and return the item within 30 days of the invoice date. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. If the Return Authorisation (RA) number is not included on the package returned to our warehouse, the return process may be delayed. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or defective/damaged items (see above). We recommend using the original shipping container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product (for example, UPS). All returned packages must be fully insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. We reserve the right to deny credit for merchandise if it is returned incomplete, abused, or in an otherwise unsellable condition.
Custom items/Special order items/bulk orders
We manufacture most of the products we sell. We can create products with your logo/message, or we can create products for a specific purpose. For example, we work with a number of pharmaceutical companies to produce models that their sales representatives can use to demonstrate products such as catheters. Please contact us for any specific health education products you need or would like us to consider creating for you.
Custom items, special order items, and items ordered in bulk quantities cannot be cancelled once production has begun or items have been ordered from the vendor.
These items are not returnable.

The vast majority of our products are assembled in Texas, USA. Some production also occurs, albeit in a smaller fashion, in the UK.
