MyPlate Starter Faux Food Package (20)
Specially created to include foods from each MyPlate food group, this set of 20 portion-size food models is a great way to talk about MyPlate, portion sizes, and good nutrition. Nutrition information cards for each food are included.
Foods in the set are:
- Fruits—apple, green grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon wedge
- Vegetables—carrots, broccoli, green beans, corn on the cob, tomato juice
- Dairy—fat-free milk, cheddar cheese cubes, strawberry Greek yoghurt
- Grains—oatmeal, wheat bread, brown rice, flour tortilla
